All prices are non negotiable and ALL products are nonexchangeable and non refundable.

I will use the address you provide to ship. If you leave out any information or for any reason cause the shipment to come back to me, you will be asked to pay the shipping price again and give your correct and full address to me to reship. 

You have 7 days to reply back to soulful wraps with the correct address and pay for shipping or what you ordered will be considered abandoned and will be resold.  

Every sale is to be paid BEFORE the product is shipped no matter through the website or custom. 

Shipping time varies depending on the selected shipping carrier and service. Once an item is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service it is no longer my responsibility. 

I am not responsible for any tarnishing of metals. 

I am not responsible for any imperfections in a natural crystal.
